Separation method
1. Gravity Settlement: Due to the different density of gas and liquid, when the liquid flows with the gas, the liquid will be affected by gravity, resulting in a downward velocity, and the gas will still flow in the original direction, that is to say for the liquid and the gas. The gas has a tendency to separate in the gravitational field, and the downward liquid adhering to the wall can be collected together and discharged through the discharge pipe.
2. Baffle separation: When the density of gas and liquid are different, if there are obstacles when the liquid and gas flow, the gas will fold away, and the liquid will continue to maintain the forward speed due to inertia.
3. Heart force separation: Due to the different density of gas and liquid, when the liquid and gas are mixed and rotated, the centrifugal force of the liquid is greater than that of the gas. Therefore, the liquid has a tendency of centrifugal separation. The liquid adheres to the separation wall due to gravity and passes through the discharge pipe. Next discharge.
4. Screen separation: when the gas and liquid particles are different in size, the liquid and gas flow together. If it needs to be filtered through the micropores, like a sieve, the gas passes through, and the liquid is intercepted and left on the micropore filter, and is affected The force of gravity flows to the bottom of the separator and is discharged.
5. Ultrafiltration separation: When the gas-liquid mixture passes through the microporous filter, the gas passes through, and the liquid is trapped on the microporous filter. Under the action of the force down to the bottom of the separator discharge, the weight of the liquid is relatively large.
6. Packing separation: Due to the different density of gas and liquid, when liquid and gas flow together, if they encounter obstacles, the gas will be baffled and disappear, and the liquid will continue to have a forward speed due to inertia.
