Pipeline components - GZJA series
The GZJA series pipeline components are composed of CBVT ball valves (15MPa) and BCV check valves (9MPa). This product can be used as a maintenance component, mainly for commercial CO2 refrigeration and freezing units.

Typical Applications:
• The piping components are installed on both sides of the evaporator and expansion valve. When the evaporator needs maintenance, the compressor stops. At this time, closing the ball valves on both sides of the piping components can prevent the refrigerant from flowing to the evaporator. However, when the system is shut down, the CO2 refrigerant pressure inside the evaporator will rise rapidly. At this time, the check valves on both sides of the piping components can help the evaporator relieve pressure, thus maintaining a lower refrigerant pressure inside the evaporator. (See Figure 1)
